Terms of service


1. Buy
When ordering, an agreement on purchase is made only when has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent immediately after the order has been received by If delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible.

2. Prices
Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. When the order is confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that does not have control over. For example, changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping
We offer our customers free shipping with DHL or Early Bird (Sweden only) .
DHL is delivered to Service Point. Delivery takes place Mon-Fri.
Early Bird is delivered directly to your door while morning newspapers are delivered. Delivery takes place Mon-Sat.

4. Payment options/payment terms
We use Kort , Klarna and Swish as payment options.

5. Deliveries
Normal transport is 1-2 working days.
We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock.

6. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

7. Transport is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

8. Damaged goods

9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal . This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

10. Complaints
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail before you send something. Feel free to write your order number and name on a note in the box. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

11. Refunds
Refund is made to the customer and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

13. Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. 14. Uncollected package
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.

15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
