Right of withdrawal - if you regret your purchase
Full right of withdrawal applies 14 days from the time you received your purchase. Upon return, the product must be in unused condition and returned in the original packaging. By unused condition is meant that the product has not been tried, is whole and clean and in salable new condition. However, you can of course feel and squeeze the product. Always send the item together with a receipt, invoice or order confirmation and state the reason for return.
Upon approved return, we refund the amount for the return or the entire order amount. The customer is responsible for return postage.

If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before you send something.
In the event of an approved complaint, we refund the sum for the return or the entire order amount and are responsible for the return postage.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.
If you are unsure whether you have the right to exchange or return, please contact our customer service. Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer against an advance on the postage cost.
Important - cost for uncollected packages
If you regret before you receive your package, you should still pick up your package and then send it back to us. We charge an administrative fee of SEK 250 for uncollected packages. The reason is that uncollected packages involve large costs for us and it takes a long time for the package to get back to us.
